Special Order Terms & Conditions 

  1. Order Confirmation: Special orders must be confirmed in writing (special order form entry). Once confirmed, the order is final and cannot be canceled or changed. 
  2. Payment: Full payment is required upfront for all special orders. Payments can be made via debit card and cash. 
  3.  Delivery Timeframe: Special order may take longer to process due to sourcing or customization. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order, but delays are possible. Product fulfillment will not exceed 14 business days. 
  4.  No Refunds: Special orders are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
  5.  Change of Mind: Special orders are non-returnable unless agreed upon in writing prior to fulfillment.

🟢Our love for sneakers dates back to 2009, but it wasn't until 2016 that we took the leap and turned that passion into a business. This journey began following our challenges in affording our favorite sneakers and the arduous search for rare, hard-to-find pairs in local stores.

🟢Over time, that dream has evolved into a heartfelt mission: to help fellow sneaker enthusiasts navigate the same obstacles and elevate their sneaker game without the frustrations we once experienced, thus making sneaker culture accessible to all.
